Awards: Presented the CSUDH Dr. Richard Butwell Award (2002-2003). “Presented to the student athlete who exemplifies dedication to their sport and service to the community and the University.”  Dr. Richard Butwell was appointed as president of CSU, Dominquez Hills in 1984, but served only until 1987, when he died in office. Coach’s Award in the sport of Volleyball (2003) Special recognition on National Student Athlete Day (2000-2002) Intercollegiate Athletic Grant-In-Aid Award for Volleyball (1999-2003) Intercollegiate Athletic Grant-In-Aid Award for Tack & Field (2000-2002).
